Dawn Uballe

Dawn Uballe is a licensed attorney who practices in the state of Texas. Dawn is an experienced civil litigator and corporate counsel. Through her fifteen years of experience, Dawn has learned to champion for individual liberties. Since 2020, Dawn is taking the lessons she has learned in her career through her general civil litigation practice and employment law experience and is now fighting for the rights of individuals all over this country whose constitutional freedoms and statutory rights are being trampled.

Todd Callender

Background

Todd Callender has worked in the disability, health and life insurance industry for more than 20 years and focuses on the international convergence of biomedical, morbidity and mortality risks in the global legal context.  Todd currently serves as an executive board member of many multinational companies and was responsible for the completion of the FDA’s registration process for a new medical device in the mass vaccination industry.  He currently serves as lead plaintiff’s counsel in the ongoing federal litigation relating to the compulsory Covid vaccination of members in the US Armed Services.  See: Robert v. David Willson

David Willson is licensed in NY and CT (since 1990), and CO (since 2011). He grew up in NY and spent 20 years in the Army as a JAG Officer. The first half of his career included criminal law prosecuting and defending, as well as some administrative law. He then moved into operational and international law focusing on satellite communication, space negation and cyber security. He was awarded an LLM in International Law and an LLM in Intellectual Property with an emphasis in Information Technology from George Washington Univ. School of Law. Since retiring from the Army David has engaged as a consultant in risk management, cyber security, and data breach, earning his CISSP. For the last four years, he has been back in the courtroom defending parents as a court appointed attorney and doing dependency and neglect cases. Currently he is fighting to assist those fighting against vaccine, mask, and testing mandates.
